Coquina Club is located at 3200 Gulf Shore BLVD. North Naples, FL 34103 about 45 minutes from Fort Meyers South West international airport and 90 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport.
	The complex consists of 70 units including a Club House and Managers unit.
	Covered Parking Many units but not all have a deeded covered parking place.
	Covered bike racks are on a first come basis. Owners not in residence store their bicycles in their units making space available for those in residence.
	The Club House is available for small private parties as well as the focus for Coquina sponsored events.
	Pool The front of all units face the swimming pool and views of the bay.

	Dock Area There are 22 boat slips available for lease to owners and guests. Boats up to 30 feet can be accommodated.
	Kayak And Boat Storage Kayak storage is available for lease on an annual basis. There is storage for a total of 24 Kayaks or paddle boards. Storage areas are located on the north and south side of the building.
